  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 6 (6-ounce) ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
