Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honeycomb pieces
- 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in the orange juice and vanilla extract and beat to combine.
