Hawaiian Ham, Pineapple and BBQ Quiche
This delicious quiche is perfect for a summer brunch or a light dinner. Combining sweet Hawaiian ham, juicy pineapple and smoky BBQ sauce, it’s sure to be a hit with everyone. The combination of flavors is sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Hawaiian ham, diced
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple in juice, diced
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together ham, pineapple, BBQ sauce and cheese. Spread mixture into the bottom of the frozen pie crust.
- In another medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the ham and pineapple mixture in the pie crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
- Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
