Hawaiian Ham, Pineapple and BBQ Quiche

This delicious quiche is perfect for a summer brunch or a light dinner. Combining sweet Hawaiian ham, juicy pineapple and smoky BBQ sauce, it’s sure to be a hit with everyone. The combination of flavors is sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Hawaiian ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple in juice, diced
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together ham, pineapple, BBQ sauce and cheese. Spread mixture into the bottom of the frozen pie crust.
  3. In another medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the ham and pineapple mixture in the pie crust.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
  5. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
