Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half

  • 4 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked crabmeat, flaked
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Stir in the Gruyere cheese, crabmeat, parsley, green onions, and red peppers.
