Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch pre-made deep dish pie crust
  • 6 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1 cup of shredded gouda cheese
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
