Goat Cheese and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pie Crust
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Goat Cheese
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Place the pie crust in the pan and set aside.
