Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of almond flour
  • 2/3 cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
