This Fig and Prosciutto Tart is a delicious and easy appetizer! Made with flaky puff pastry, sweet fig preserves, and salty prosciutto, this tart is sure to be a hit at any gathering. Serve with a side salad or as a main course.
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup fig preserves
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On the parchment paper, roll out the puff pastry to a 12-inch square.

Spread the fig preserves evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

Arrange the prosciutto slices on top of the preserves.
