Espresso-Soaked Tiramisu Cheesecake

This delicious Espresso-Soaked Tiramisu Cheesecake is a decadent dessert combining the flavors of two classic Italian desserts! A creamy cheesecake is soaked with espresso and topped with a creamy mascarpone topping, then finished off with chocolate flakes and a dusting of espresso powder. A perfect way to end a meal or to share with friends and family!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup espresso-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
  2. In a small bowl, add graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until combined. Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are lightly browned and center is slightly jiggly. Let cool.
  5. In a small bowl, add espresso liqueur and pour over cooled cheesecake.
  6. In a separate bowl, add mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix until combined. Spread mascarpone mixture over espresso-soaked cheesecake.
  7. Sprinkle with espresso powder and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
