Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
