Ingredients:
-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
-1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter, at room temperature
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-1/4 cup light brown sugar
-1 large egg, at room temperature
-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder until combined.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chunks.

Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
