  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until fully incorporated. Add the orange zest and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
