Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until fully incorporated. Add the orange zest and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in three additions, alternating with the milk and orange juice. Mix until just combined.
