Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a bundt pan with butter.
  2. Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Set aside.
