Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a bundt pan with butter.
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until fully combined. Add the red food coloring and mix until a deep red color is achieved.
