Espresso-Infused Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies
These Espresso-Infused Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies are a delicious combination of sweet and bitter. They are made with dark chocolate chips, espresso powder, and butter to give them a unique, complex flavor. The espresso powder gives the cookies a subtle coffee note, while the dark chocolate chips provide a nice balance. The shortbread cookie dough is easy to work with and produces a perfect, crumbly texture. Enjoy these cookies as an after-dinner treat, or as a snack throughout the day.
