Ingredients:

-1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
-1/2 cup light brown sugar
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-1/4 cup rolled oats
-1/4 cup light brown sugar
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the mashed bananas, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Beat until combined.
  4. Add the flour and beat until just combined.

  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
