Cinnamon-Spiced Mexican Chocolate Brownies

These decadent Cinnamon-Spiced Mexican Chocolate Brownies are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Rich dark chocolate and a hint of cinnamon make these brownies a delicious treat for any occasion. With only a few ingredients, they are easy to make and sure to be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
