Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar. Mix until combined, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix until fully combined. Add the Irish cream liqueur and mix until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
