Brandy-Infused Milktart Custard

Ingredients:
- 4 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornflour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brandy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Ground nutmeg, for sprinkling
Directions:
