Blood Orange Cheesecake with Dark Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 1/2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons fresh blood orange juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, and mix until evenly blended. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of the springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually blend in the sugar and flour. Beat in the blood orange juice, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until center is almost set.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Once melted, drizzle over the cooled cheesecake.
