Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made cornbread crust
  • 1 cup BBQ pulled pork
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
  2. Layer the BBQ pulled pork into the bottom of the cornbread crust. Sprinkle on the diced onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper.
