Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in apples and pour mixture into an 8×8 baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
