Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in apples and pour mixture into an 8×8 baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
