Ingredients:

  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the bottom of the crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the Swiss and cheddar cheeses. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the bacon.
