Ingredients:

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In a food processor, pulse Oreo cookies until they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, toffee bits, almonds, and coconut. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Top the pie with banana slices and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
