These Almond Butter and Oat Energy Balls are a tasty, healthy snack that’s perfect for an energy boost during the day. Made with almond butter, rolled oats, honey, and a few other simple ingredients, these no-bake energy balls can be enjoyed as a pre or post-workout snack, or anytime you need a little pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and cinnamon, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped almonds, and mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
