Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed vegan digestive biscuits
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 can (400ml) coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup vegan whipped cream
- Cacao powder, for dusting
Instructions:
- Combine the crushed biscuits and melted coconut oil, then press the mixture into the base of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
