Spinach and Feta Puffs

These bite-sized appetizers are made with a mixture of spinach, feta cheese, and garlic, wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into 16 squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, feta cheese, and garlic.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Place the pastry triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the beaten egg over the pastries.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastries are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
