Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into 16 squares.
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, feta cheese, and garlic.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the pastry triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the beaten egg over the pastries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastries are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
