Same as Classic Red Velvet Cake, plus:
- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Make the Classic Red Velvet Cake recipe as instructed.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined and fluffy.
- Beat in the melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Use to frost the cooled cake.
