Vegan Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the non-dairy milk, apple cider vinegar, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
