Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Scatter the cherry tomato halves and chopped ham in the bottom of the pie dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
